As with most of my work, my images are more than "just" photography. The vast majority of my images are heavily processed - dramatically enhanced - to produce a hyper-realistic effect. The result is an an image that has increased texture, color and depth. Almost 3 dimensional, people routinely say enlargements of my work give the feeling you can step right into them.

I considered this book "finished" in October of 2010 after I photographed the Dallas skyline at night from Oak Cliff. However... A Route 66 road trip in June 2011 provided some amazing images of some unusual areas that simply Had to be included. So some of the originally reserved photos were relocated to Volume 3, currently slated for release in 2013. Volume 2 will be entirely time-exposure nocturnal photography. Texas After Dark, the working title for Volume 2, is tentatively slated for release in 2012.
